Firstly, may I say how honoured and delighted I am to be invited to speak here today? A sentence, no doubt rattled out on many occasions, but I really mean it. It feels like a class reunion for me here this morning. Over the years I have received so much help from people in this room, and beyond, that to be given a setting to say a formal thank you is very touching, moving and much appreciated by me.
